Despite a relatively mild winter\, the elegant Little Egret still graces the water’s edge\, while hares prepare for the mating season\, darting and bounding across the meadows. Indeed\, a stroll through the countryside during this season is an enchanting experience.\n\n \nWinter Wander in the Hemmeerpolder\n \n\nIn celebration of nature’s splendor\, the Nature Discovery Center\, in collaboration with dairy farmer Theo Warmerdam\, invites you to join us for a winter walk through the Hemmeerpolder on Sunday\, February 25th.
